All Seasons Builders, Inc. is not a handyman contractor. We pride ourselves on the best service to our customers and community. So, to better serve; past, current and future customers of larger scale jobs, we do get into select handyman type of services like; handicapped accessibility, rot repair, door replacement, stair repair, kitchen cabinet repair, etc. We approach handyman work the same as all our work, with the customer in mind, we listen to what you want and perform the work to the best quality. So, if you have some handyman work that you need done and you want it done right the first time then consider All Seasons Builders. Sometimes we may be in the middle of larger remodeling or new home projects which may prohibit us form deviating, and sometimes we are available. Give us a call and we will let you know.
Here is an example of how we might charge for a small handyman job just to give you an example of what your job may cost. For handyman work lasting one day or less we charge $75 per man hour with a minimum of (4) four hours plus materials and expenses with a 20% markup on materials and expenses. Larger scale handyman work (typically anything lasting more than one day) is quoted by the job.
The picture at the top is a one-day job where we removed an old corner column that was rotten at the base causing settling of the porch roof. We jacked the porch roof back into alignment, removed the column and installed a new decorative fiberglass column. We installed a matching column on the corner of the garage to add visual appeal. We had to remove the corner and some of the siding to install column. We finished up the job by installing Plygem composite boards and trim over the beams supported by the columns.
“Working with Mike Strehle and All Seasons Builders was unlike any other construction project we had experienced in the past. Mike and his team of course are excellent craftsmen and their work matched all of our highest expectations. The finished project was, and remains, a joy to behold.
While many builders do beautiful work, very few of them conduct their business with the integrity and professionalism of Mike Strehle. Mike is very organized and conscientious of both his schedule and the client’s time. It is normal for Mike to map out the schedule for the week and tell you specifically what days and even hours he will be at the project, rarely varying from this. This leaves the client with a predictable progression of the project which, in my experience, is almost unheard of in the building trades.
I would, and have recommended Mike and his crew without reservation to countless friends and family!”

Here we removed a set of steep builder grade garage stairs and installed wide stairs with railing and large platform for easy maneuverability and accessibility. We finished off this job with two coats of white paint and non-slip tape on the edge of the stair treads.
“All Seasons Builders have done several major and small jobs for us that included a complete basement refinishing with billiard room, office, full kitchen, full bath, bar and workshop. The attention to detail has wowed every contractor friend who visited. The flooring, electrical, plumbing, ceilings and walls were done to perfection with every detail finished immaculately!”
“We recently had All Seasons add a handicap accessible entryway from our garage to our home, and not surprisingly even the side panel seams were trimmed out.”
“We have visited All Seasons Builders’ shop and I can honestly say it was the neatest, most well-equipped shop I could have imagined (and I was Director of Shops & Services for a major US company with 22 shops nationwide – and it takes a lot to impress me!).”
“I recommend All Seasons Builders every chance I get!”

This job was the result of rot from windows not installed correctly. This 16 year old house had large amounts of rot below its windows from neglect to install flashing by builder. We discovered duct tape used for sealing at the tops of windows and that’s it. We removed large wood trim from around windows and all vinyl siding. We replaced all rotten and moldy framing with new framing. We installed the proper flashing, house wrap and window tape. We finished up the job with a stone veneer with sills and arch keystone with header detail.
