“My husband and I recent got married this year. We have 7 children between the two of us and we needed a bigger home. All Seasons Builders was able to take the family farm house which was a 4 bedroom 2 bath home and turn it into an 8 bedroom 4 bath home so our new family of 9 could all have our own space. All Seasons Builders was amazing throughout the entire process. With their professional expertise in home remodeling they guided us with ease through each step of the process. They not only updated us on each step in a timely manner but were always available for questions and were able to provide us answers in a timely manner. After our initial blueprint was completed my husband and I decided to make some changes and add some things and All Seasons Builder was able to do those things with ease and provided us with their professional opinion by showing us how our changes we wanted to make would best work. We had a vision in our heads but didn’t know exactly how to make it happen, however when sharing our vision with All Seasons Builders they were able to draw up different options for us that would work the best and allowed us to pick which we liked the most. All Seasons Builders were very professional and punctual and I would recommend them for any of your home remodeling needs. Their work is amazing and we are beyond happy that we chose All Seasons Builders for the job!”

The biggest part of this home remodeling transition is the large open kitchen and dining area. Here’s how we did it. Keep in mind that most of the rooms were completely gutted right down to the studs. Starting with the picture on top, this once dark and crammed kitchen/dining area was expanded into this open space connected to a large dining room. Notice the beam on the left. This was once a wall that divided the kitchen and living room. We replaced the bearing wall with this beam. This kitchen remodel has many amenities that make it a great place to prepare and eat meals. The large contrasting island has seating for eight along with a shelf for a microwave and large drawers for storage. The pendant lights above the island provide plenty of light for prepping meals. On the far wall is a double oven and huge refrigerator. On the right side there is lots of storage in white maple cabinets with custom crown molding. The deep farm sink provides plenty of room for washing dishes and it is right next to the dishwasher, placed here for easy loading. The cook top is a large induction style cook top built into the cabinet below with a direct vent range hood above.

Above  is a picture viewed from the other end of the dining room leading into the remodeled kitchen. Notice how open and large this space is. This is due to the center wall being removed from where you see the beam. An extra column was added to balance the space on either side of the island. And following is pantry cabinets loaded with shelves for food storage. The space on the left in this picture was added to open the room to the new family room addition.

Oberlin Addition including Kitchen Remodel Pantry

We now leave the New Addition and Kitchen Remodeling portion of the project and move towards the Bathroom Remodeling portion. Next you will see the master suite bathroom added where a former bedroom once was. It includes a beautiful walk in shower with a shower screen so they’ll never need to buy a curtain or clean those hard to clean shower doors again. Dual sinks are included so husband and wife have their own area while sharing a few captured moments in their busy day. A large soaking tub for much needed relaxation after a long day.

These final pictures show a fantastic before and after of this Oberlin neighbor. Our remodeling and new additions transformed a once small farm house to a large home for nine. Two of the three additions are shown in this picture. On the right is the large master suite with access to a back patio area. On the left a two car garage with curb appeal. On the back of the home is a living room addition so everyone can gather for movies and entertaining.
