The carpenter apprentice position requires no prior experience or skills; our only requirements are a positive attitude, the desire to learn and be a team player, and a genuine passion/interest in the trade of carpentry. Much of the work you’ll be doing with us is both interesting and rewarding. We can teach you everything you need to know about building and renovating, and more! Our goal is to transform you into a highly skilled and knowledgeable carpenter who will eventually be successful in running entire jobs. Carpenter I & II

Do you enjoy working with your hands and building beautiful structures? We're looking for skilled Carpenters to join our team!

In this role, you'll be responsible for a variety of carpentry tasks, including building, installing, and repairing various structures made from wood and other materials. Your expertise will help us create exceptional new homes, renovations, and additions throughout Lorain & Erie County, OH. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and unique projects in a fast-paced environment. Access to a well-equipped company vehicle stocked with a variety of carpentry tools, making it easy to get the job done efficiently.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience in carpentry work (ex: apprentice, trade school certificate)
• Proficiency in using various carpentry tools and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The right candidate can be promoted to a Lead Carpenter position where you will be responsible for running entire jobs and supervising/training others.

Lead Carpenter

We're looking for a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team and play a pivotal role in crafting stunning new homes, high-quality renovations, and seamless additions throughout Lorain & Erie County, OH.

In this leadership role, you'll:

• Supervise and train a crew of carpenters and collaborate with subcontractors to ensure projects run smoothly and meet deadlines.
• Manage entire job sites, taking ownership of project schedules, material procurement, quality control, and safety protocols.
• Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional carpentry skills in framing, trim work, installation, and other areas.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and effective communication among your crew.

To excel in this role, you'll possess:

• At least 5 years of experience as a carpenter, with a proven track record of success.
• Extensive carpentry skills, with a mastery of various techniques and tools.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, delegate, and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with crew members, subcontractors, and clients.
• A commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safe work practices on the jobsite.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a company vehicle.
